User Agreement
This agreement governs access to and use of the Bench3 public benchmark.
Informational purpose
Bench3 ratings, research, data and source links are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, a credit rating or a guarantee of performance.
Rating scope
Each rating is limited by its published methodology, evidence cutoff and scoring boundaries. Public evidence can be incomplete, delayed, conflicting or later corrected. A score can change when evidence or methodology changes.
Your responsibility
- Perform your own legal, financial, technical and operational diligence.
- Confirm current product terms directly with the issuer and relevant service providers.
- Do not treat a Bench3 score as the sole basis for an investment, custody or risk decision.
Permitted use
You may view and cite the public benchmark with clear attribution. You may not misrepresent a score, remove its methodology context, interfere with the service or use automated access in a way that impairs availability.
Third-party sources
The benchmark links to issuer documents, regulatory filings, block explorers and other third-party materials. Bench3 does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or content.
No warranty and limitation
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bench3 disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the service.
Changes
Bench3 may update the service, methodology and this agreement. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement.
